Your songs helped ease that tension during that era. Although you may have encountered many struggled before, during, and after success this song still climbed to No. 1 on the pop and country charts.

Who could ever forget, "Wasted Days and Wasted Nights" that rose to No. 1 on the country chart and top 10 on the pop chart that same year, while "Secret Love" and "You'll Lose a Good Thing" also hit No. 1 on the country charts. You will continue to be an inspiration to people around the world. You have made your mark. You will be greatly missed. Thank you for your musical contribution to this world.
