I have memories of being at the Fresno Fair with my 2 year old daughter and my mom to see Freddy Fender. As he was performing he waved at my daughter. She still remembers and loves Freddy just as we all do. She's 30 now. I thank God for the allowing Freddy to bless us with his voice, music and pride. My prayers are with his wife and family.
