My condolences to his family. I remember meeting Mr. Fender at Harrah's Casino in Reno. He was wearing his classic tuxedo with the blue ruffled shirt. He took the time to talk to me and I remember that moment everytime I listen to his music. All his fellow Marine fans will take set aside some time here in Iraq to sit and listen to his music. Semper Fi Freddy Fender!!!
